Terms of Use

Effective date: 21 August 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Midshif website, communications, demonstrations, and related services. By using the website or contacting Midshif, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About Midshif

Midshif provides AI receptionist, lead-capture, appointment-booking, messaging, workflow-automation, and related business-communication services. Website content is provided for general business-information purposes and does not create a client relationship unless Midshif and a customer enter into a separate written agreement.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You must not use the website in a way that disrupts its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduces harmful code, misrepresents your identity, or violates applicable law.

3. Demo Requests and Enquiries

Submitting a demo request or other enquiry does not guarantee service availability, a particular result, pricing, or a business relationship. Midshif may contact you about your enquiry using the details you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate.

4. No Professional, Medical, Legal, or Emergency Advice

Midshif’s demonstrations, website content, and AI-enabled communication tools are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice. Our AI receptionist services must not be used to diagnose conditions, provide emergency triage, or replace qualified professionals. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency services immediately.

5. Client Services

The scope, pricing, configuration, support commitments, data-processing terms, and responsibilities for any client services will be stated in a separate written agreement. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to their AI agents, compliance with applicable laws, and decisions made by their staff.

6. Intellectual Property

The Midshif name, website content, branding, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to Midshif and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Midshif may use or integrate third-party platforms, communications providers, scheduling tools, CRM systems, and other services. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Midshif is not responsible for third-party platforms beyond its reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Midshif disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free operation, or a specific business outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Midshif will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Midshif’s operations in Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
